Shipping is plastic-free via DPD or UPS to Germany and all EU countries. Upon request, shipping via DHL (including Packstations) is also possible. Please leave a note during the ordering process. Returns and exchanges are free of shipping costs.

PayPal

Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
2. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user details and initiate the payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment. Setting up a PayPal account is not necessary for direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on account via PayPal.
4. You will then be redirected to us (www.alittleceramics.shop).

Apple Pay

You can pay with Apple Pay during the order process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the Apple Pay service on a supported Apple device by following the verification steps. In cooperation with Shopify Payments, we offer the following payment methods:

Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

  • Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from the date of shipment of the goods/ticket/or, for other services, the date the service is made available.   • Installment Purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95) or under the terms otherwise specified during checkout. Installment payments are due at the end of each month after Klarna sends you a monthly invoice.   • Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order.

The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. As part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract, we will therefore forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks. The prerequisite is that your bank account supports payments via Bancontact. The payment is made directly to us. During the payment process, you will be redirected to your bank's secure environment and can initiate the payment after logging into your online banking account.

Google Pay

You can pay with Google Pay during the order process. To do so, you must confirm the payment using the "Google Pay" mobile app on a supported device, following verification steps.
